When You Are Document When you become a member of our club, you will be called upon from time to time to participate in one of the roles of the meeting. If you are performing a function for the 1st time or it has been a while since you have volunteered for a particular role, it will be important to take a look at the "When You Are" document to familiarize yourself with your function.
